We do not want ZOL users to be subjected to it, nor do we tolerate users' dispersal of it. Sending spam from a ZOL email site is in violation of the terms and conditions by which we operate, and subscribers found in violation of this policy may have their account terminated. ZOL is not an anonymous service. Messages include the subscriber's Internet service provider address in the header information, giving us the ability to track the source of any message. We try to prevent outside spamming. Occasionally someone outside of the ZOL system sends spam by setting the Reply To field in his/her email software to point to a ZOL account. Naturally, we have limited control over something like this, but we do investigate all such Reply To addresses to evaluate whether the subscriber is the true sender of the spam. Please report spam incidents. If you receive spam, please forward a copy of the offending mail to abuse@zol.com for an investigation and included the following information:
